Mr. Crowley has tried personal injury and workers' compensation cases in many Ohio counties, including Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Ross. In addition, he has tried federal diversity matters in the U.S. Southern District of Ohio. His appellate practice has been primarily devoted to social security appeals to the U.S. District Court and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. In addition to the above areas, Mr. Crowley has developed a probate practice, and has extensive experience in the area of Sports Law, with an emphasis on representation of professional baseball players. He founded the Sports and Entertainment Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association in 1989.
Mr. Crowley also serves on the Grievance Committee of the C.B.A., as well as the Social Security and Worker's Compensation Committees. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
Edward C. Ahlers:
Mr. Ahlers is a lifelong resident of the Cincinnati area, now residing in Mason. After attending St. Xavier High School, he attended Xavier University, where he graduated summa cum laude with an Honors Degree in 1979. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1982 and has been practicing law in Cincinnati since that time, first serving a law clerk to both a U.S. District Judge and a U.S Magistrate, then working for the Legal Aid Society of Cincinnati for two years. After working for the next two years for the law firm of Wood & Lamping, Mr. Ahlers joined our firm in 1988 and became a name partner a few years later.
Mr. Ahlers has been a member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association for many years. He is a past Chairman of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Social Security Committee. He has practiced almost exclusively since 1988 in the areas of workers' compensation, social security disability and personal injury law. Mr. Ahlers has won several workers' compensation appeals in the Ohio Supreme Court. He has also won several social disability appeals in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S.

Neil J. Roth:
Mr. Roth has been representing and helping injured workers and others for over twenty-five years. He has experience representing individuals in personal injury cases, medical and legal malpractice claims, workers' compensation cases, and with social security disability. Mr. Roth brings a valuable perspective to his work because he also spent time representing doctors in medical malpractice claims and manufacturers in asbestos cases. However, for the past two decades, Mr. Roth has devoted his practice almost exclusively to representing individuals who have been hurt at work or in other accidents. "My goal is to achieve the best possible outcome with the least amount of stress and disruption to my clients."
Mr. Roth is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations, and practices in both states. He also is a long-time member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and is active in many of its committees. Mr. Roth received his B.A. degree in biology from Colgate University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky. He is active in the community and serves on several local boards. Mr. Roth and his wife have two grown children and reside in Cincinnati.
